Dead By Daylight is a horror multiplayer video game in which four survivors try to escape from one killer. There are many different killers, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. This post will give you an overview of some of the most common types of killers found in the game.
The Nurse
The first type, The Nurse, is an all-around average killer that lacks any standout abilities but can be very difficult to take down when they go into hiding because she has such low visibility while crouching. Next we have the Shape; this murderous creature moves like a ghost and can appear behind people without warning making it difficult for them to know where he is coming from next. The Hag has powerful long-range attacks and can make traps out of her victims limbs
The Hag
The Hag or "Crouching Hag, Hidden Bear" is a very unique Killer in Dead By Daylight. The Hag's sense of vision is based around her ability to teleport short distances away from one spot to another - this can be used for both good and evil. She uses the small hooks scattered throughout the Maps, which she can pick up with her special power, to move around quickly. These also allow her to hang Survivors on the ceiling by their ankles and drain their blood until they die. However, when discovered and chased down by survivors while carrying a Survivor, she will drop them and run rather than fight back.

Where does she hide?
- Slip into any out of the way corner
- Around corners that aren't wide enough for the Killer to chase around
- In high grass or bushes (all maps)
- Under cars/buildings (until they are opened by Survivors with their special power)
- Next to pallets (all maps)
The Hag's perks allow her to: - cause survivors to start panicking when she gets too close or is nearby (if there are multiple hags, then all will latch onto the same person; if only one hag is in play, then she'll target someone else), - mist that allows her to almost instantly teleport between two locations on the map. The Hag's Perks allow her to:
1. Cause survivors to start panicking when you get too close or are nearby (if there are multiple hags, then all will latch onto the same person; if only one hag is in play, then she'll target someone else)
2. Her mists allow her to almost instantly teleport between two locations on the map . This can be used to get out of danger, gain ground by running away and then teleporting back in the direction of your choice or surprise survivors from unexpected angles
3. Make it so that when she's really close to a survivor, after studying them for half a second, she can teleport directly behind/beside them for guaranteed hits with her power 2. It should be noted that this perk is not time-limited and may be used at any time during the game, although its use does have some restrictions - you need to stand still before using it but are also able to move while doing so (allowing you to line up where you want to go), one cannot attack until their special power hascharged which takes approximately 20 seconds and you can only use this ability once before it has to charge up again (with the exception of perks that allow its use multiple times) . The Hag's power 2 is a channeled ability which automatically locks her in place until either she or the survivor dies (the survivor cannot attack while channeling their special/escape). While channeling, all non-automatic weapons gain a 10% damage increase and if the Hag fails to kill her target with it, she will be stunned for 60 seconds
4. Her perks 4 and 5 are passive abilities which govern her "Miner" traps
5. Finally, her perk 6 gives Survivors extreme nightmares when they're not being chased by a Killer
